   The restaurant is extremely loud and the food is definitely way overpriced. We ordered the vegetable of the day. It was a small radish cut into pieces with a few pistachios for close to $40.! It’s in a great location, but it’s definitely way too expensive.

   Hi Julie Yes its true, we have a concrete floor and high ceilings, which we have covered with sound panels as well as custom fabric panels through out the restaurant. When we are fully packed it is loud indeed and we will continue to try to improve the sound dynamics. As for the vegetable dish, the local "vegetable of the day" is on our menu for $17, not $40. These are locally grown Hakurei turnips and the dish does take quite a bit of prep for the roasted jalapeño and pistachio romesco. The cost reflects high quality organic ingredients and the labor it takes to execute.

   The meatball is mandatory. Side of mushrooms layered on the mushroom pizza is a close second. Olives to start. Salads are very fresh. It's all good!

   Excellent food and service. Favorites are the chopped salad, meatballs, braised pork pizza and olive oil ice cream. It can get quite noisy in there on a busy night.

   Escaping to Upcountry and visiting Marlow is a priority for my family when we visit Maui. Dont skip it!

   Did not disappoint! Looked forward to trying while visiting Maui from Toronto. It was delicious:) simple menu with perfect choices . Olive oil gelato was so silky and yummy !

   Food and drinks were really good. Our service was amazing and high quality food. We wished there was maybe a little bit more drink and food variety. Seemed to only be a small selection of curated cocktails and a wide pizza variety, but we didn’t realize it’s almost exclusively pizza. A smaller space so tables are a bit crowded and it was pretty loud at some points.

   This restaurant is a shared plate style with nice salads and wood fired pizza's of unique flavors. The menu isn't large, but the wait staff is excellent. The wine list is basic and the corkage fee of $35 is high for this type and style of restaurant. A corkage fee of $15 to $20 would be more realistic and bring in more people. We had 5:00 pm reservations and by six pm it was a busy place and as it got busier it also go noisier. It is open air seating inside and limited outside seating. The special beet salad was excellent and the prosciutto pizza was a thin crust and with minimal prosciutto and a barely distinguishable white truffle sauce, but covered with rugalach greens. You can order pizza's either as a white pizza, with a white truffle sauce, or a red pie with a red tomato based sauce. Place is a locals meeting place rather than a tourist orientated restaurant with dinner prices reasonable.
