Food was good but not a fan of “tag team” waiting on the table. Much prefer having one waiter or waitress taking care of our table than having four or five take turns.

We enjoyed the food, but the service was not as good. Three wait staff came to our table, as though no one was our waiter. The service was slow. The waiter did not check back with us to see if we needed more iced tea.

My wife and I enjoyed our date night at Marvino’s. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal.

Service is absolutely unacceptable. Requested a particular table for 5:30 and was seated at another table because ours wasn’t available. Two individuals were still there from a mid afternoon lunch and drinking session and could have been asked to move at that point. Was then asked to move because the lady realized that this table was booked for someone else. Amazing! Sat at the table for quite some time before someone finally came to wait on us (6 people). Mind you, the restaurant was empty. The waiter wanted to immediately take our dinner order without our drink or appetizer orders. The waiter was very rude with smart remarks about our attitude on the service. Took quite some time to get the drinks and received only after we asked for it again. Tea had been order with condiments but nothing arrived for the tea. Actually one of the ladies walked up to the waiter and asked again but again nothing was brought. We finally took it off another table. Food took about 1.5 hours to get. Seriously, everything we had to ask for 2-3 times to get it or did without. The owner (David) actually was walking by and asked him about seeing a manager….very rude. Of course, when time for the checks, we had previously asked for separate checks (they do the electronic billing at the table)…the rudeness was unbelievable. There were 3 waiters involved which only one was friendly and helpful. We did not want anyone else to get the tip so we gave it to him separately. As it turned out, the Owner (David) was very rude to him at the front door and literally yelling at him in front of everyone. This is totally unacceptable behavior and word will be passed around about this night. After reading other reviews, looks like their service has been bad for a long time. Considering you are paying high dollar for the meal which includes the service, you might want to take your business elsewhere.

Scallops & Appetizer Fried Shrimp are Delicious. Sea Bass special was very good. Deserts are yummy. Beautiful Restaurant & Service was great! We have dined here 4 times this year and each time was good.

Went to dinner with girlfriends for our annual holiday get together. The night started out great and went downhill fast. I scored Marvinos low because of our waiter and for the price of our dinner the service should have been exceptional. He was rude. Rolled his eyes. We asked for bread three times. He told us that we wouldn’t eat our entree if we ate too much bread. Ugh. One of the ladies asked for a second glass of wine which she never got. He got upset when we asked for separate checks which was super easy since he did it all on a hand scanner thing. He just walked off when we finished. No “have a good night”, “thank you”…. Luckily the Food was great! I had the salmon and key lime pie for dessert. Perfect! We did speak with the manager at the end of the night and he apologized profusely. Very nice man.
