We valet parked our car. The attendant moved the car out of the driveway and parked it in a handicap spot. He left the keys in the car and running. Car idled for nearly 4 hours. It burned nearly a half of tank of gas. When we gave them our ticket, they could not find the keys. Keys were left in car on the seat in plain view. I guess we are lucky that the car was not stolen. Mastro's did nothing about it. Valet did nothing. Had a huge dinner bill and had to stop at 1:30 in the morning to fill up our tank to get home. Disappointing that nothing was offered to a compensate us for the gas.

We chose to spend New Year’s Eve at City Hall to have a great dinner. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. We ended up sending back the scallops because they were like rubber, my steak was supposed to be medium, and it came out as a hockey puck, both of our steaks had no flavor and the scallop potatoes tasted like they were premade and had been sitting out the entire time before even brought to our table, again no flavor. For the price of this dinner was very disappointing. I have been going to City Hall for years and unfortunately, the quality of food just keeps getting worse. I can say our server was phenomenal. She took the scallops off of our bill and was very apologetic about it. She was super sweet and very attentive the whole night considering how busy they were.

My steak was overcooked, I ordered medium and it was well done. The waitress Lauren was apologetic and great , she comped my steak but after looking at my receipt the following day I noticed i was charged for three steaks initially instead of two. So the steak was not comped they just removed the 3rd steak that shouldn’t have been on their. Easy mistake but I called and had the worst experience with Shelly, she tried to tell me the bill is correct. I will NEVER eat here again. We spent about 1200 that night. I should be reimbursed 62.00

Went on NYE. Service was terrible. Waiter was rude, snippy, and seemed way over worked. In addition, our order was messed up not once, but twice! Missed a whole freakin steak order! Had one of our guests waiting for their $80 steak because it was not submitted by waiter. Thankfully, we were given a free butter cake dessert on our $1200 bill.
