    An excellent dining experience at Mastro's! Visiting during the holiday season, the restaurant was bustling and packed to capacity, creating an energetic and festive atmosphere. It’s definitely a place to see and be seen, with celebrities dining alongside the rest of us. One of the standout aspects is watching the staff in action—the way they seamlessly coordinate with each other, the managers, and the customers is like a well-choreographed performance. As for the food, it was truly spectacular. And if you don’t already know, Mastro’s is famous for their butter cake—a dessert that’s an absolute must-try!

    The valet experience was an absolute nightmare. Reservation were at 7 however did not get sat until 7:45. It took a while to get drinks (multiple other tables that sat after my party were served before). Not the greatest experience overall

    I usually love this restaurant. I just came here for my birthday and I had made this reservation 3 weeks in advanced. The restaurant was completely overbooked. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and I specifically requested a booth. At first they sat us at a very uncomfortable table near a swinging server door. But I then asked the manager to be moved considering I’m 7 months pregnant. He was nice enough to put us in a half booth. But still very over crowded. For the amount of money we spent I felt it was not worth it. This is just my honest opinion. Any other time I’ve been it was completely different and well worth it.

    7pm reservation and didn’t get seated well past 7:30 in a side room. We had to move and sit at the bar. Once seated it was great

    Overall experience was not good at all. First, we made a reservation for a standard table and was sat at the bar at a table that was the main entry into the bar for wait staff. We had trays passing over our heads and staff whizzing by us constantly. In addition, my husband’s chair got bumped by patrons and staff alike throughout our entire meal. The Caesar salad was just awful. The dressing had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Our steaks were fine once they arrived but it took forever to get our meal. The overall volume in the restaurant was too loud. We couldn’t even have a conversation because of the volume of the music. Our bill was just under $300 for the two of us and clearly was not worth it. There is an expectation of service when you dine at this price point and you all failed miserably. Our server , Cheyenne, did the best she could but there is only so much she could do when the problems were out of her control.
