Very good server I think his name was George or John on December 7th towards closing time and he still provided me with amazing service and made me have a great birthday dinner.

Always an A+experience at Mastros. From the moment we walked in greeted warmly and pur table was ready. We were seated immediately and the waitress came right over. She was a gem and gave very good service.

The waitress was amazing and it was the best steak I have ever eaten. The restaurant was a little loud and dark but it was a minor gripe. The food and service made up for everything.

Came for both my friends bday and celebrate the holidays. George provided great service and made our dining experience more enjoyable. Also Jessie was so great too.

Overall food was good but a little bit salty. Service was good but not excellent, because they didn't care wine pouring at all.

Would not recommend this chain restaurant! We paid over a thousand dollars for dinner for 9. The only happy people were the ones who ordered swordfish and lamb! The meat was sub par! The petit filet was so small and asked for medium to medium rare… had to send back too bloody. Came back almost charred! Inedible! Chopped salad had way too much dressing the lettuce was wilting . The heirloom tomatoes were so hard I had to cut it with my steak knife. I split the bone in ribeye 22 oz with my friend and it was tough and chewy. We loved our server but she forgot to mention that the compound butter was an extra charge! $16.00 for each scoop times 5 = $80.00 extra!!!! The cocktails were great however! Not sure if our server or someone over heard us complaining about the $16 butters, or because we gave her a 25% tip, but she brought us a dessert of the butter cake and cheesecake which was nice of her! So never going back to Westfield mall mastro’s.

When they first opened, this restaurant was a real gem! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was super fun. But lately, it’s been a bit of a letdown. The steaks and seafood are a bit pricey and not as good as they used to be. I’ve tried twice now, and I’m not sure I’ll be going back. The first few times we went years ago were incredible, but this place has really lost its charm. It’s a shame because it had so much potential.
