Food was fabulous. This time the service was not so good. We had to ask her to take our order, did not offer ANY recommendations on food or wine, and we had to chase her down for the check. Seemed intimidated and not confident. I was surprised. We will come back for the food!

Service was slow, steak was way over cooked but they brought another one out and took it off the bill, dessert was excellent!

We love Mastro's, but we were disappointed with this visit. Our server seemed too busy (likely not her fault) and distracted whereby we felt we always had to find someone else to help us. Also when we received our appetizers, our salad came out at the same time. In the past, we loved the restaurant and service, but we were disappointed this evening overall.

Ashley, our server, was absolutely outstanding. Have been in the past and she has without a doubt been the best service I’ve received. Will definitely be back, and will definitely be requesting Ashley from now on. Thank you Ashley! ✨

Great service (Evan was our waiter) and beautiful decor. Portions are very large so while it’s not cheap you will not go hungry. Crab cakes and lobster bisque were some of the best ever. Steak cooked perfectly. Nice birthday dessert. Good wine and cocktail list Perfect place for that special dinner. We’ll be back!
