   We had dinner and our server Troy was very pleasant, courteous and answered all our questions. The food was delicious and fresh and reasonably priced (compared to so many restaurants. today) We'll definitely return for dinner and to take a cooking class!

   Truly authentic Italian food that is an inspiration! Everything is made with such attention to quality. The salume are sliced appropriately thin and practically melt in your mouth. The house-made ricotta is delicious. The pesto is the best in San Diego, the pastas are perfection. We came just for dinner, not the class, but could tell those attending the cooking class were having a great time!

   Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to try the restaurant, I had a booking for 9:15pm and they close at 9pm. once I got there, the restaurant was completely close. Maybe I’ll try next time I’m in SD, but until then, please fix the Open Table hours for your restaurant.

   This is a magical place - the food is amazing, fresh, and authentic. The service feels like you are an honored guest in a warm, Italian kitchen. Everything was perfect. Watching people in the pasta-making class was an added bonus.

   The food was authentic and very good. The service was also fantastic. The only downside was that they do not serve alcohol. We had to go to the liquor store a few doors down to get wine and they uncorked it for us (they did not charge us a fee). A tiny bit of an inconvenience, but I would expect wine to be on the menu at an Italian restaurant.

   Good ambiance, strong participation in community events. Some of the food was good and some was excellent. May return for a cooking class rather than a meal.

    The cooking lab is a great place for groups of friends to make their own pasta. They do not sell alcoholic beverages, but you css as n go next door and buy your own. The owners are very nice.
