We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away. Our server came over promptly and took our orders - I ordered the Baja fish tacos and my wife ordered the ahi salad. 30 minutes later we didn't have our food and hadn't been visited by our server. Water was running low. I caught the manager's attention and asked him to check on our food, saying we had been waiting 30 minutes. He checked on our order and said it would only be a few more minutes. He took 15% off the total bill, which was very nice. The food was quite good - tasty salad dressing, well cooked fish. The taco shells were very wet and greasy. A different server came over when we were ready to pay the bill. He was swift and friendly and told us to get our parking validated at the host stand. The hostess at the host stand (who was packing up to leave) then told us to get parking validated at the bar. The bar told me they don't validate at the bar - I need to go to the host stand. "I was just there and she sent me here." One of the nicest servers took my parking ticket saying, "I'll do it." He went to the host stand (no host or hostess to be found) and placed the validation sticker on my parking ticket. Finally, I felt validated.

Had a great meal and good beer. Was a nice place to settle down for the evening. We did have a reservation but there were plenty of open tables while we were there.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids one who didn’t order or eat anything and we were charged a mandatory 20% gratuity because we had 6 people…really? I would have been happy to pay the gratuity but our server was less than thrilled to accommodate us and seemed bothered to take our order communicate with us for that matter.

Always a great place to go for drinks and appetizers. Atmosphere is energetic for Waikiki. Would recommend

Made a reservation for inside, main room dining. When we arrived, we were walked through the main room and the covered lanai section, to a dark table on an outside patio where no other people were. It was also about to rain so we would get wet. It did in fact rain as I went back to take a photo of our original table. I had them move us to inside. Food was tasty, lots of energy in the restaurant. Server auto added 20% gratuity to our bill of 5 people which was ?

Great atmosphere and great service. Food was good but selection limited. They used to have a brie cheese appetizer but is no longer on the menu. As always, beer was amazing.

We were just a couple having dinner on our vacation. Our server payed us little attention and seems to concentrate on the larger groups and we only got service when we were able to gain her attention (not easily done in a very loud environment). When we did get service, drinks and food arrived promptly and was tasty. For a brewing company, I was a little disappointed that one of their signature beers was unavailable. May have just been the night but overall a little disappointed.
