    We arrived on time for our reservation only waited 15 mins to be seated. It was Christmas evening. We all ordered the 3 course chefs dinner feature. The appetizers were tasty and came quickly, as did our drinks. The entrees came more slowly, about 25 minutes. My wife and daughter ordered the 6 oz ‘filet’ that didn’t look like one, more like a 3/4” steak. They ordered them medium but they came medium rare. The entrees also weren’t hot, just warm. Another glass of wine and Desserts were ordered and took another 25 mins. They were delicious though. It seemed as the high level of business affected the ability to deliver a premium evening.

    The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was cheerful and welcoming. Our server, Ben, was super warm and friendly. Food was excellent even though they were out of 2 of the 3 dessert options that came with our holiday meals by the time we got to ordering them. But we were so full we didn’t mind sampling the other options that Ben brought out! Great job accommodating so many hungry guests with grace and good cheer on Christmas night!

    Fantastic service, especially considering it was Christmas Day! The restaurant was packed to capacity and was able to successfully handle the crowds with good food and fantastic service! The booth we had was perfect as well!

    We are empathetic to the shortage of workers in the service industry but for an upscale establishment like this, our service and quality of food was unacceptable. We ordered three course meals and none of us received our first course. The wait between courses was exceedingly long. The quality of the filet was low. Undercooked and fatty. A real disappointing experience.

    Had the worst experience ever - food was cold, not tasty, and fish seemed old. Never brought bread out and app was gone even before first drinks arrived. Table next to us got entrees then their salad first course 5 minutes later. I would never go back and suggest you stay away too. Kicked was our server who said I hope your dessert tasted better than your mains. What????

    This was my daughter and my first time there, especially for Christmas day. It was excellent. The ambience of the restaurant was very modern Amid the high skyscrapers of Pittsburgh.  we enjoyed watching the Steelers game while we had a nice glass of wine waiting for our meal.  Our waitress is very kind and punctual and did a lot to help my daughter register for the restaurant club.  The mocha affogato chocolate liqueur was excellent. And our desserts were the best we’ve had at any restaurant. We plan to go back soon and try their steak dinners. I highly recommend that you all go and try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed at all.
