   The menu featured food similar to that we've had in Portugal and Madeira and this is because the owner lived in Lisbon for 15 years. Why the restaurant was not busy is strange but maybe a Sunday evening is not popular. Our meal consisted of calamari and chorizo for two, followed by a sirloin steak cooked medium as requested and a seabass filet served very nicely with fennel, roasted baby toms, potatoes and sauce vierge and we thought the meals very good. We just had a drink each. We were staying yards away at the Premier Inn and would not hesitate to return to the Mediterranean Twist if in the area again.

   Very good personal service. Menu was explained to us. Steak was succulent. Would go back again

   you cannot fault the food or the service. The prices are very reasonable and with the taste card 50% off! The menu is limited which i think just shows is good quality ingredients and meals cooked to order. They offer tap water and a good wine menu. The beer is lovely (portugese) and the staff are so friendly. The only downside is, theres not enough diners to provide the atmosphere. it has only been open a few months and it takes time. i will definitely return again as it beats some of the other new restaurants around ;)

   Decided to try somewhere new and local and was very pleasantly surprised with our find. The menu was varied and as it was a Sunday included a roast option too. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the food was excellent and the portions good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning.

   My friend & I enjoyed an excellent meal at Mediterranean Twist! The food was very tasty and the service outstanding (thanks to Matthew). We are always looking out for good local restaurants and would definitely recommend Mediterranean Twist. We had a much better dining experience here than at The Meze (opposite) and will definitely be returning!

   Excellent food 🍴 &service,very reasonable price & proper portions also a good wine 🍷 cellar.A thoroughly good evening out.This was our 2nd visit.

   After reading the poor service reviews for Mezze (just across the road) we decided to TWIST! Starters, main course and desserts were all of a high quality with just the right quantity, water was complimentary and service was friendly and courteous....£62 including a bottle of wine was fair value for a restaurant of this standard. We will definitely go back, I'm surprised that it wasn't busier.
