Legendary Medium Rare offers a unique, prix fixe dinning experience of artisan bread; a mixed green salad; prime, dry-aged steak; and hand-cut fries (Vegetarian option always available) in a relaxed, fun, environment. Please allow us 15 minutes to seat you after your full party has arrived and after checkin at our host stand. As we do only one thing, we do our best to make the food and experience exceptional and also a good value. We also serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday's with a great prix fixe including French Toast, Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict and bottomless Bloody Marys, Mimosas and Screwdrivers.                               Menu fisso composto da: - Antipasto di pane e burro salato - Insalata fresca croccante - Tagliata con patatine e condita con la loro salsa (una specie di fondo bruno) Del piatto principale viene fatto un “refill” di carne e patate appena finita la porzione iniziale. Carne molto buona.

                              Medium rare is always a go to, it’s a unbeatable experience. We have been there easily 15 times for date nights, family time, post work with coworkers. The limited menu makes it very easy and an exceptional amount of food for the price. Last night was insane, it was the busiest I’ve ever seen it. They were running 30+ minutes behind reservation times and the limited waiting room in the restaurant makes it hard. There seem to be a lot of walkins and large groups. So it was a little chaotic as some seem to find a manager or the host and point to empty tables in the restaurant and asked to be seated there. Which seemed to defeat the purpose of reservations or check-in. Nevertheless they were always amazing with great food and service. Highly recommend the restaurant, but I do always recommend getting reservations.

                              This was my first time at Medium Rare. Let's start with my initial impressions. Wow! This place was hopping. Loved the music mix played. The restaurant was packed. There were at least 5-10 parties waiting to get seated. But you have to take into account it's Arlington, 7:00 pm on a Saturday night, and it's a popular restaurant. Even after I checked in, parties were still rolling in. There were no walk-ins accepted. It would be over an hour for a table to be open. My reservation was 7:00 pm, but I knew it would be a while before getting seated. No one was leaving. There were some parties getting impatient with waiting for their table to be ready. There was one person who had a 7:15 pm reservation and expressed disappointment that his group was not seated a t 7:15 pm. Hey buddy, no one is leaving. They can't knock out a wall and add more tables. The hostess and host did a fantastic job managing customer's expectations and making sure groups were seated in order. My party was able to get seated around 7:30 pm. The 30 minutes wait was worth it. Even on a busy night, our drink orders were turned around quickly and not long after they brought the bread and salads. The steaks were cooked perfectly, medium rare, tender, and sliced in portions that didn't require a knife. The french fries were hot and crispy. The sauce was a fantastic compliment for both the steak and fries. By the time we were done, our second round of steaks and fries were served. We had no problem finishing. We ordered the sundae, keylime pie, and apple pie to share. If there was a favorite, it was the sundae. Our group agreed that we'll be coming back to Medium Rare again. They did not disappoint. I want to compliment the staff for working so hard to get everyone served. And a big shout out to the hostess and host for managing the crowd waiting for tables.

                              Our first time at Medium Rare very interesting dining experience. Food and service excellent only slight negative tables are very close and noise level is HIGH so was difficult to enjoy the conversation with our friends at our table.

                              Always a good choice. Most recent visit was New Years Eve. They have a focused menu that was perfect for a high-volume evening. Service was prompt without feeling rushed. Highly recommended.

                              Had a reservation at 7:30. We were able to arrive early and we were immediately seated. Service was attentive and quick. Food was excellent and prepared exactly how we asked. Go with an appetite!
