Right in the heart of Montreal, Menthe et Couscous is an unconventional Mediterranean, North African restaurant that serves up a variety of couscous and tajine recipes in a vibrant and fun atmosphere. There is a BYOB policy at Menthe et Couscous so you can enjoy whatever beverages you'd like alongside the unconventional flavours of the continent.
The dishes at Menthe et Couscous range from small to large and include plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There are starters like wine dip served with bread, malsouka with spinach, Grilled vegetables tapenade served with tuna and moussaka. Larger dishes include couscous royal and lamb tajine served with a bowl of couscous.
Every Friday and Saturday for the 2nd service starting from 7:30pm it is the Bellydance show and set menu dinner, an unparalleled experience with enchanting music and cozy atmosphere.

One of the best byob restaurants in montreal. Excellent menu and delicious food. Service is as good as it gets. Highly recommended when visiting montreal.

Amazing experience. Excellent food. Lamb shank tajine with dried fruits and almonds was incredibly delicious. Food for the heart and soul. Highly recommended

It was alright; we didn’t find the staff (mainly the lady) all that friendly. The food was a Moroccan fushion of sorts.

As usual. I cannot wish for more. They introduced a new plate the lamb shank tajine with dried fruits and almonds. Amazing. Highly recommended.

As usual beautiful place and excellent delicious succulent food. Service is the best and entertainment and music are out of this world.

As usual every time we go for dinner it is amazing. I love the terrace and the music there. The food is just incredibly delicious. The service was as usual very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure with more friends
