    Mercat Bistro's Polar Bear Room presents a unique memorable experience to dine amongst the festive polar bears. This experience is for the surrounding tables in the Polar Bear Room and does not guarantee a table in front of the dancing polar bears. These tables require a $25 deposit per person which will be applied as the minimum toward your final bill (excluding tax & gratuity). To guarantee a table in front of the polar bears, please book the Polar Bear Table experience.

    Mercat Bistro's Polar Bear Table is back! Dine in our winter wonderland with dancing polar bears. This famous table guarantees premier placement to dine in front of the magical, musical polar bears - an enchanting holiday experience for the whole family. This table requires a $100 non-refundable booking fee. Polar Bear Table reservations are limited and subject to availability for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

    We went to Mercat for the Polar Bear Experience. Our kids loved it! However, we got there early and we were seated 20 mins after our reservation. Service was great except my husband asked 3 times for no caramelized onions and alas his burger arrived with caramelized onions on them. The hostess was very apologetic but the waiter was rude about it.

    Great experience. Food was wonderful, came out quickly and was hot. Staff was very nice. Great atmosphere for a relaxing and pleasant brunch

    Wouldn’t call this an “experience” it’s a couple of tables put in the lobby of a business center with 4 animatronic polar bears in front of you. The food was okay for the price point but the food took 45 mins+ to arrive at our table. Had to ask the waiter twice where our food was because the only available parking was the garage next door charging $10 an hour almost seems like the deposit is there so you can’t change your mind when you arrive.

    Although Thanksgiving was spent alone, everything about Mercat was exceptional. The team here worked well together and service was seamless. Thank you guys for a great evening!

    Appetizers were great, especially at happy hour. Entrees were on the very salty side, very salty. One big turn off, I hit my wine glass and about half spilled out. The waiter grabbed it and said "let me get you another," rushed off with a new glass, cool, right? No, he charged for both glasses without asking me. Poor move, won't go back.

    Our anniversary dinner at Mercat Bistro was simply perfect. The ambience, food, and service were all excellent! A lovely spot for a romantic evening.
