   Ristorante interno all'albergo. Ottimo livello di servizio e ottima cucina mediterranea (rivista in ottica americana). Vista sulla spiaggia più bella della zona. ideale al tramonto.

   Highly recommend Meridia for a fine dining experience in a beautiful setting. For appetizers we had the butternut squash bisque and fried octopus. Both were outstanding with the octopus accompanied by fresh heirloom tomatoes and broccolini. For entrees we had the grilled cauliflower and pan seared ribeye. Both were delicious, though my medium rare steak was a tad overcooked towards medium. Our server Donna was very knowledgeable and assisted us to find a vegan dessert to share.

   Overall a good experience. The restaurant is rather pricey for the entrees. I thought the salad was a good value. The food was pretty good overall. The beet salad was very fresh but needed a little extra seasoning. I would go back if given the opportunity. The filet of the day was well prepared and very tasty with the pasta. Bread was great and very fresh.

   The food was amazing! Our server Elizabeth was incredible. She went above and beyond and made our dining experience extra special! Highly recommend!

   Wow. Stunning ocean views at sunset and incredible food—what more could you ask for? Meridia is expensive but worth the splurge. It’s a good sign when you walk in and there’s a guy pulling loaves out of the oven at the bread station. Service was excellent throughout. The wine list is extensive and covers all regions. I think what sets a restaurant apart from excellent outstanding is when all the components on the plate (eg the side veggies) are as good as the protein / main component—and Meridia is outstanding. We all cleaned our plates completely. Would definitely go back on our next trip to the Big Island.
