Mermaid Oyster Bar is a family of casually sophisticated seafood restaurants born in New York in 2003.

Starting out in Manhattan’s East Village as a spot-on rendition of a casual New England fish shack, The Mermaid Inn has morphed into an American seafood brasserie, replete with style, hospitality and a menu marked by bold and seasonally inspired cuisine. The Mermaid Inn has been designed to evoke the feeling of being on a mini vacation in a small seaside village.

Tutto buono e vicino al gusto italiano; condito il giusto e ..finalmente un' insalata degna del nome. Abbiamo mangiato aragoste del Maine ,che in effetti sono astici , salmone e merluzzo . Ambiente gradevolissimo

Mermaid Oyster Bar is a gem! The vibe was lively and inviting, perfect for a night out. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the variety on the menu was impressive. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Plus, they have a nice kids’ menu, which made the experience even better for our family. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Great place! We were early for our reservation and they bent over backwards to seat us. Would definitely go back next time I am in NY.

Lovely post Broadway show spot. The food was great and the service was outstanding. We were starving and I was thinking this place would be overrated as it’s in a touristy area. I was surprised at the price (lower than expected) for the value. I would definitely return.

From the minute my girls and I walked it we were greeted by friendly staff! The service and food was extremely great! We appreciated and love our servers. We will be back

We had the very best service and they lobster knuckles were out of this world! Our server was outstanding and this was one of the best meals both service and food wise that we have had in New York City
