Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

      Merrimans will likely be the best meal you will have on Maui. Everything that we ordered was delicious and even our 3 and 5 year olds devoured their food. The hostess, servers, and entire staff were very friendly and accommodating for our family. There was live music and the performer even did a rendition of Baby Shark in between calming smooth melodies. We had dinner near sunset and the view from our table was beautiful. We were even able to get up to take a picture with an even better point of view. The final check was a little pricey but definitely well worth the scrumptious food, lively and lovely ambiance, with superb service. I would definitely recommend you visit. Our favorite place on Maui!

      Fabulous music. Carmen was the most fun as she served us. Brandon takes personalization to a new level. The food, as always, is incomparable

      Merriman’s ar Kapalua is always the best dining experience on Maui. The food is perfect. The service is consistently flawless. The atmosphere is casual sophistication with an unmatched view. It’s our favorite restaurant.

      Was a little too windy and cool last nite but it was excellent overall. I still think it is the best restaurant in Maui!

      One of our favorite dining experiences ever. Beautiful restaurant in an amazing setting with wonderful bay views everywhere And the food was delicious with stellar service. The bartender makes great mai tais to boot!

      Merrimans is always amazing. The view is stunning (be sure to get there for sunset). The servers are wonderful and go above and beyond. Pricey - yes…but worth it.
