    Faith was a wonderful server, making our lunch visit very enjoyable. Quaint place, off the beaten track with a historical flair. Food was excellent and served quickly.

    Best Restaurant on the island. It is worth the drive. Make sure you make a reservation. We went on a Monday night and it was packed.

    The idea of wrapping up the Merrie Monarch with a special muʻumuʻu lunch was very nice. The ambiance was special. The caesar salad was good, but so very small. The smash burger felt like it was missing the burger part - hardly even had meat there. The pannacotta was delicious, but, again, a very small serving.

    Best on the island. Wonderful food, efficient but not overbearing service. Local tomato salad…wonderful ripe tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes, Lobster ravioli great, and ono en papiote (sp?) was a unique preparation when we’ve eaten so much commonly prepared fish this trip (can you say macadamia-crusted mahi?). Thanks for another great evening!

    Second time here. Look forward to coming back next time on the big island. The food is remarkable. The service is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable for big island restaurants. I look forward to my next visit.
