   I wanted to share my recent experience at lunch. My teenagers and I visited for my birthday and ordered both the chicken kabob and the chicken bowl. Unfortunately, we found the meat to be a bit dry and overcooked, which was disappointing. Regarding the service, I felt there was room for improvement. It would have been nice to receive a bit more attention and a welcoming atmosphere. The host took our order and then left us alone until we asked for the check, which made the experience feel less engaging. A simple gesture of courtesy, like checking in with us after our meal, would have made a big difference. I hope this feedback is helpful as you strive to enhance the dining experience for your guests.

   Brunch: Highly recommend the green eggs and lamb (ask for a side of the serrano salsa or the calabrian chili salsa). The pita donut is great. And the mediterranean brunch bowl was a great salad too.

   Worst customer service ever. Repeatedly wrong order, terrible communication, no apology, why wouldn't a manager come and talk to us / fix the issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Please spend your money some where else, just not here.

   Everything was good. This was our 2nd time and planning to return more often. People were friendly, food is amazing including the presentation. Recommended 👍🏻

   Appetizers eggplant & beet dip for the pita were good. My partner enjoyed his strip loin. I ordered parpadelle but was served spaghetti, no explanation until I asked, the wild mushroom sauce was wonderful, no artichoke detected in the ragout. Our appetizer plates weren’t cleared before serving the entrees. The surroundings are beautiful, very impressive.

   Service was slow - after finally taking order - the entrees came out 5 mins after apps and we said we just got our apps. They took our Andre‘s back and clearly they just sat in the kitchen for 15 minutes because when we got the feedback, it was room temperature and the pasta was dried out. No one came by during our main meal to check on us. It’s not like they got really busy very quickly and could not keep up. This was disappointing because we were celebrating two birthdays and we wanted to try this place

   Poor service from server who was either very inexperienced or inept. Couldn’t remember our orders, brought us incorrect drinks, wasn’t familiar with cocktail menu. Food was ok, expensive for portion size and quality. Have been here few times before, don’t think we’ll be returning.

   Great lamb shank and octopus, but brussels sprouts were overly salted this time. That was a big disappointment since they always have been delicious in the past.

   Enjoyed a nice lunch with a friend. We split the cauliflower as an appetizer and had separate entrees (chicken shawarma and chicken kebab plate). We both thought our lunches were flavorful, and service was attentive and friendly. I would return.
