The service team was attentive but it was relatively slow. For a steak house, you should be able to expect the steak to be cooked for your desired doneness but that wasn’t the case. 4 of our 6 steaks were very under done. We ordered steamed spinach, potatoes au gratin, and the special side, jalapeño creamed corn. The potatoes were very greasy, and the spinach was fine, but there were literally huge chunks of raw garlic in there. The star or the night was the creamed corn. We have been to other steakhouses in OKC, but wanted to try Mickey Mantle’s because my in laws came and we wanted a lower price point. Overall, we are kinda disappointed so next time we will just go back to the other steakhouse and pay a bit more for better quality food.

The seating availability is not great if you don’t like sitting in booths. It was very noisy. Service was very good as was the food. We had the Roquefort Filet, cream spinach and fried okra. Filet was cooked to perfection and the cream spinach was delicious. Next time I’ll try sitting in the bar, noise level couldn’t be more than it was in the restaurant.
