MIDA by Chef Douglass William's is now open on East Boston's waterfront. Our James Beard Nominated restaurant group is situated directly on the edge of the pier with panoramic views of the downtown Boston Skyline. The restaurant is surrounded by the water on three sides with a massive patio that is perfect for date night and large groups at all hours of the day. Made great accommodations for our anniversary dinner! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Music choice was off but view made up for it. Overall excellent

Our server was great! We loved the appetizers - delicious, beautifully presented, and generous portions. The homemade pasta was outstanding (as always!) Very good and reasonably priced wine options. And we had a fantastic view of Boston harbor at night.

Abby was our service recommended the perfect with wine for the Clam Pie. Very Friendly and the host explained clearly how long we had the table . Understandably as it was a Friday early evening for us. So glad we chose this place. Very tasty clam pie and braised pork pasta and fantastic views of the wharf.

As always the food was delicious, the view gorgeous, and the best part, the service was thoughtful and unobtrusive, a rare thing these days.

The hostess refused to seat our party when 2 out of 3 people were there, with the 3rd was 15 mintues away. We were early for the reservation and the restaurant was otherwise empty! We ordered the fritto misto appetizer, and it was 2/3 fried lemon slices and jalapenos, just a handful of clam strips and calamari. The waitress tried her best, and the view is nice. But we won't be back.

We went for our anniversary dinner and it was amazing! The food was delicious, view was beautiful, and our server, Eli, was very attentive and genuinely cared about making our night special. 10/10
