   We’ve eaten in many Michelin Star restaurants over the years and this is up with the best. The food is fantastic and service is second to none. The decor and crockery are simply wonderful. Highly recommended place to eat.

   A brilliant place! The attention to detail is outstanding. Dining at Midsummer House is an exceptional experience. We highly recommend the wine pairing. Staff are great, ambience is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

   Amazing food beautifully presented and service was first class - from start to finish an outstanding experience and a must do. Taster menu was amazing Highly recommend and great night Wine list is enormous and expert recommendations if required as well as wine flights

   Been waiting to dine at Midsummer House for years. My daughter’s 30th birthday was the occasion. I’m no stranger to the wonderful experience of fine dining but MH had some very nice touches - being greeted at the gate, before one even got to the door, by name, the history behind the champagne being poured, every member of staff greeting you as you walked to your table. And more. The menu, as one would expect was sublime. Each course arrived with spot-on perfection regarding presentation, taste and texture. I personally wasn’t a fan of the frogs legs but what a way to try them! The wine pairing was thoughtful and delicious. We left feeling extremely full and thoroughly well looked after. I’ve already reached out to some friends who I know have been looking for an excuse to visit to encourage them to do so.

   We've dined here regularly over the last 5 years and as ever the food, wine and service were superlative. A lovely location too and a fantastic ambience.

   I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Midsummer House, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the restaurant’s elegant yet relaxed setting. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in every course was evident, showcasing both technical precision and culinary creativity. The wine pairings were equally exceptional, thoughtfully selected to enhance every bite. A special shoutout to our waiter, Liam, who went above and beyond to make the evening truly special. His service was flawless—attentive yet unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had the best experience possible. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made us feel incredibly welcomed. From the exquisite food to the outstanding service, Midsummer House exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a world-class dining experience, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
