Mignonette is Miami's favorite Oyster Bar -- brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. Named one of the 50 Best Seafood Restaurants in the Country [by Tasting Table], Mignonette features superior selections of Oysters (flown in daily), Seafood, Prime Meats and Veggies. Chef Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting. Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides a fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a Fancy shellfish tower. Serfer is proud to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the local guests who have made Blue Collar so popular.

    Consistently serving great food, great value. The place for seafood and great veggies on the side. This is a top spot for me in Miami.

    Went to Mignonette for dinner with my son and his girlfriend, and as always it did not disappoint, food amazing, service impeccable! The clams casino arento die for! Highly recommend it!

    Food is delicious. You get to choose two sides with most of the main courses, but choose carefully. The brussels sprouts were salty and overcooked, but the red fish and chicken were fabulous. We got muscles as an appetizer and the white wine sauce was superior.

    Food was fresh and wonderful, from appetizers (crab cakes and lobster deviled eggs) to entrees (redfish) to dessert (key lime pie). Service was remarkable and the setting is very “old Miami”. Recommend.

    We had great expectations for the meal based on the ambience when we walked in- the place is cute! Unfortunately, almost every course was disappointing. Clam chowder was not hot when served. The salad was overdressed and soggy. Scallops were oversalted and overcooked, though the polenta underneath was lovely. Oysters were good, but everything requiring cooking was a miss unfortunately. The shining star of the dinner was dessert – we were skeptical about ordering based on our experience, but the waiter recommended the key lime pie and it was absolutely phenomenal. Light, fluffy, tart- just perfect.

    The food was amazing as was the service. The only improvement was the ambiance particularly the noise level. Acoustical treatments would make a huge difference in this venue.

    Three of us ordered the lobster linguine. We had asked if it was spicy, that was an understatement! It was so hot and brought us all the tears. We had previously asked since we waited so long for the Neil if the sauce with me is less spicy or not at all, that could be the case. That’s kind of inexcusable not be able to test the sauce.
