An Unforgettable Experience at Mijo – Perfect for Celebrations! We recently celebrated my father's 55th birthday at Mijo, located in the Durango Casino, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, everything about the experience was impeccable. The service was fabulous, with both servers on our visits incredibly attentive and genuinely caring about ensuring everything was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness elevated our dining experience to the next level. The ambiance was amazing—cozy, inviting, and perfectly suited for a special occasion or even just a night out. It's rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The food was Wow! We tried eight different dishes, and every single one was a flavor-packed delight. Two standouts were the Octopus and the Lobster Enchiladas—absolutely phenomenal! The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors truly showcased the kitchen's skill. This was my wife’s and my second visit, and Mijo did not disappoint. Our first visit wasn’t just a fluke—this place consistently delivers a top-tier dining experience. Thank you, Mijo, for making my father’s birthday celebration so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

We understand and expected the NYE was going to be busy, however waiting for an actual reservation made in advance for a full hour after our scheduled time is just unacceptable on NYE. There’s clearly a limit on the reservation notes but wasnt followed or enforced. It really frustrated us and we were ready to leave—Food was great, service got better but poor planning and preparation really took over the whole experience. Hopefully it gets better for the future major holidays!

The marketing team double booked on NYE , we waited an hour after our reservation to be seated . Shame on the greedy management hoping to get folks to sit outside in frigid conditions . The hostesses were delightful and the wait staff was great ! The food is always delicious

We Had an amazing New Year’s Eve here the food was great, the ambience the samba girls was lovely the DJ played some good music we will definitely coming back 🥳
