Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish.

Celebrate the season with our exclusive Miku Holiday Kaiseki, a chef-curated 7-course dining experience, available for $180. This elegant menu can be elevated with optional premium beverage pairings. The food was amazing as always. The only observation with the service is that a few times they swept away our plates before we had finished the food on them!

Everything is pretty good, we had a really good time and the table had amazing view of harbor, the only thing is my Oshi Sushi is stone cold and fishy , I’m a fan of Oshi sushi there and I ordered two different kinds of Oshi but they’re all cold and the rice is hard when served.

Really good sushi. I ordered a round and had to order another! The bar is also very good. They served a salted truffle with my old fashioned. Perfect

The best sushi I’ve ever had! So glad I heard about Miku from a talk show in the States…I put it in “the list” and it was worth the trip.

My husband and I have been wanting to dine at Miku for a year and a half but could never find a reservation that worked with our schedule. We were thrilled to be able to finally dine there on his birthday. The staff were warm and friendly and the food was delicious. My husband was very happy to have celebrated at Miku. We hope to be back again, hopefully not a year later!
