Our family welcomes you to join us at Milanos where we serve a variety of authentic Italian dishes made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients.
If you can not find a time slot you are looking for for reservations please consider our new 22 seat bar/lounge area which is all first come first served opening at 4pm daily. Things can shift around so just come on in and we will do our best to seat you in the dining room if something opens up! If you need to Cancel your reservation, please do so on Open Table not by calling the restaurant.

The food and service were very good. The noise level was high making it difficult to converse and tables were too close together.

Good was amazing - we split a Caesar salad - one order of chicken parm and one of veal parm - both were North End worthy ! Can’t wait to go back… Lynne (our server) was great - ask for her

We had a very nice experience for our first visit. Loved the menu but the liquor choices were limited in my opinion. Nice big bar almost empty and for a Friday night that speaks volumes regarding the bar and liquor choices. Bars are always jammed at nice restaurants. They want to flip you quickly so that was the biggest negative. We will go back for certain, but won't be rushing back.

Been wanting to try it after Villa Roma closed. It was VERY noisy, with youngsters running around with brooms and sweepers and tables were on top of each other. Parking was a nightmare, very difficult time getting out of the parking lot

Hello, Virginia! While we appreciate and encourage Villa Roma regulars to come try out the improvements that we brought to the new restaurant called Milano's Italian Kitchen, we're not what Villa Roma used to be. We're busier, we're more lively and we mean no disrespect to the Villa Roma fans. Some of them love it, some of them are not a fan of it. We try to accommodate and be on everyone's standards, we know that we can't satisfy absolutely everyone. Our bar is bigger, almost three times what it used to be. While the bar is first come, first served, the dining room is quickly booked at least a week in advance. So we understand the difference between the two businesses. We hope you will give us another chance on a week day, when is less busier and maybe it will be up to your expectations.

Love Milanos! Made our 3rd trip there recently and, as usual, it did not disappoint. I had the Bistecca Giovani and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had veal parm, a 3rd had the lasagna (which was so big she took half of it home) and the 4th had the pork chop special. Food, drinks and even the Bruchetta appetizer was great. A quiet, quaint atmosphere. Love it...

We very much enjoyed our Milano’s dining experience, which was made all the more lovely by the owners and their children greeting us and checking in to see how we were doing during our meal. The food was wonderful. We began with a colorful and generous Caprese salad with thick slices of heirloom tomatoes. I had the sole with white beans and a delicious and unusual creamy parsley sauce. My husband had the homemade pappardella and meatball, which he enjoyed very much. Other highlights included a fabulous Frankie‘s fig martini, warm focaccia, and the best tiramisu we have ever had! We had heard that the venue was noisy and were a little apprehensive about that, but we were seated by the windows in the dining room away from the bar, where we had a nice conversation surrounded by happy people, enjoying their food and each other’s company. Highly recommended!

Tables very close together, too much so. There are a few tables for two that are back to back rather than side to side. Ask for one of these when making rez. Partner had the lasagna which she liked very much. I had the eggplant parm which was unacceptable. Very mushy though I had asked our server specific questions about it before ordering. Server was professional, perhaps a bit overly formal, but acceptable. She never asked how my eggplant was. Will most likely give another try and order something different.

Our first visit, and it did not disappoint. Great cocktails. Delicious calamari app. I had the pasta with clam sauce and it was excellent. Pasta was fresh and just right. Shared a slice of chocolate cake. Another great addition to the area.
