    Food was great! We all had something different, one off the holiday menu. Very tasty! Our server Cassidy was just perfect in attentiveness, very friendly. I had no issue placing my reservation, and glad that we had as it was very busy. Parking lot is always an adventure, LOL!

    It was a very tasty and well presented meal. It was great to finally find a restaurant in Ottawa that has a specific plant-based (Vegan) menu section. Other places have "veggie burgers" which are not always Vegan as the bread often has Eggs/Milk but the menu items at Pinecrest Milestones had a few varied options which was refreshing. My fellow Vegan diners in our party enjoyed our meal and we ALL encourage Milestone to expand on their Vegan selections. If you maintain and increase your selections and continue to clearly identify what's Vegan vs. Vegetarian then we will certainly eat there again and promote the restaurant as a place to go for our Vegan friends !

    Good service good food good ambiance. Slightly noisy but t’is the season. Busy but that shows the restaurant’s popularity and the holiday season get together.

    It took over an hour to get served our food today and when we received it, it was cold. Cold lobster grilled cheese sandwiches and fries are gross.

    Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Our server was lovely, and we liked that other servers pitched in to help get everyone's meal on the table at the same time. We were 5 women who had not seen each other in a while, and spent a lot of time yakking, but our server was very patient with us. Unfortunately, the noise level was extremely high and it was hard to converse. I realize there's a lot of Christmas/holiday get-togethers going on, but I thought Milestones would be more of a "dignified" atmosphere and not have the raucousness of a bar. But all in all, it was a good evening.

    Our server, Laurie, was excellent. She was there when we needed us but gave us space to enjoy our evening. She was friendly and very professional. A special occasion was acknowledged with kindness and in a very thoughtful manner.

    I had the lunch trio (1/2 sandwich, soup, salad)…it was delicious. The service was great too.

    The food was surprisingly good especially since this is a chain restaurant. I wish mine had been a little warmer but didn’t feel like it was worth sending it back. Our server was very attentive and all the staff were cheerful. I would go back.
