Un posto magnifico: una piccola oasi dal sapore francese a Rancho Santa Fe. Il cibo raffinato e gustoso, il personale molto gentile e attento. Ho incontrato un maitre italiano molto simpatico che ha rallegrato ancora di più la serata. Grazie

La comida muy normal , nada del otro mundo para haber tenido estrella Michelin , el restaurante no estaba llenos y era necesario estar hablando a la persona para servirnos el vino , la verdad esperábamos mucho más del restaurante

Mille Fleur is a charming intimate restaurant perfectly suited for a special evening. The first courses and entrees were outstanding. The wine list is extensive, especially the French and red wines.

Overall, the restaurant staff was prompt and courteous and the ambience, but the food and the time we had to wait to receive it was a disappointment for the price. Our reservation was at 7:00 pm and we did not leave the restaurant until after 9:30 pm, even thought there we only a few tables with guests. As for the food, the onion soup received by three of the guests in our party was very nice. Everyone was please with the flavor. The fourth dish, the risotto, was not good at all. Bland, undercooked, and definitely not worth the price tag. I wish that I had ordered the soup like everyone else. For the main dishes, two guests in our party received very nice dishes, the duck and the scallops. The wiener schnitzel was touted as being some of the best in the region due to the chef being German, so I gave it a try. It was fine, but nothing special as I had hoped it would be. Nice flavor, but a bit oily and not enough sauce. The final guest in our party, the hostess of this birthday celebration, received an extraordinarily small portion of pasta that looked more like an appetizer than a main dish. Even after paying an extra $50 for the truffles (which were sparingly applied), the flavor was still just not there. When I asked if they could add a few more slices, the waiter said we'd received the allotted portion and would have to pay another $50 if our hostess wanted more. We found this to be offensive, and told him to forget it. Another person later came back an provided it for free. Finally, for dessert, we were given some small complimentary desserts for the member of our party whose birthday was being celebrated. This was a nice touch and we appreciated it. In sum, it was a nice enough dinner, but we wish more care had been put into the food and less time had elapsed between courses.

Our Thanksgiving meal at Mille Fleurs was superb in all respects. The meal was terrific as was the service.
