With its unique setting perched atop a waterfall in Simsbury, Connecticut, Millwright’s invites guests to dine in the 17th century mill with acclaimed, James Beard nominated Chef Tyler Anderson and his team. Featuring daily-chosen farm ingredients, the freshest and most select product, proprietary cocktails, and exciting wine menu, Millwright’s offers a new experience to the Farmington Valley farm-to-table dining scene. The culinary team understands the impact of the highest-quality fresh ingredients. Millwright’s kitchen thrives on local ingredients – grown, raised, produced, foraged and prepared – whenever possible. They also take the farm-to-table concept one step further. Millwright’s has partnered with a farm that will grow most of its organic produce.     Amazing Valentines Dinner! Many options to choose from there four course menu. My New York strip was cooked to my liking and my boyfriend loved his scallops and raviolis. Drinks were on point too

    The atmosphere and view in the covered bridge section we sat was beautiful. The food was excellent and out of the ordinary. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The total experience was wonderful. It is pricey but worth it.

    We had an excellent meal at Millwright’s!!! It’s one of my favorite restaurants and the holiday menu exceeded all expectations. Great night!

    Went for Valentine’s day dinner and the had the pre fixed menu which was fantastic. Great value for all the food received, food was amazing and portions were great. We will be back

    An excellent dining experience, as usual. The prix-fixe menu was full of great options, and everything we ordered was outstanding. The service was fantastic.

    We had the good fortune to be seated in Ron’s section. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu are spot on. Perfect service. The food and drinks were wonderful as always. All around exceptional experience.

    Prix fixe Valentine's dinner was outstanding. Nice variety of options. Very rich & tasty food. Great wine list. Attentive, knowledgeable & friendly wait staff. A bit pricey, but worth it. A perfect date night.

    My boyfriend and I had our Valentines dinner last night for the first time at Millwright’s! Roy was our waiter and he was absolutely terrific. The service was quick, the food was amazing, and the ambience was perfect. The pre fix menu servings were just enough for us. I was very happy with everything. 10/10 recommended!

    Went there on February 13 with my wife to celebrate valentine day from when we came in the door to when we were leaving staff was great,restaurant had beautiful atmosphere Ron are waiter was excellent and food was phenomenal will definitely be going back there again I would recommend this place for a couple intimate meal
