                        Our server was terrible. We felt rushed. The main course was delivered before we finished our salads, then the deserts were delivered while we were still eating the main course. The dirty plates were not taken off the table promptly. The food was fine. Also, we called twice in advance to make sure that we could order from the main menu on Easter. Then, when I asked for a menu, we were told only the Easter menu was available.

                        Just having a sparse Holiday menu on Easter Sunday was a disappointment especially since it wasn’t advertised as such. And if that had to be the case, who doesn’t have ham on their Easter Sunday menu?!

                        Great experience have. Wonderful waiter Eduardo he was amazing and so helpful and kind! Really great location their Muffins are amazing! Was in town for business would highly recommend this place.

                        Made a reservation and was sat in the bar area, despite the restaurant being low capacity. Service was slow. Server put in wrong order for our table, but blamed kitchen staff for the mistake saying “they forgot to make your order”. Mistakes happen, just be honest and own it! Drinks were overpriced and food was mediocre. I loved coming to Mimi’s Cafe as a kid, but I think this restaurant deserves to stay as a fun memory from my childhood - restaurant was overall a huge disappointment. Also, wrote on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and they did not make any accommodations whatsoever.

                        Called and asked about sitting outside and then specifically indicated in our reservation that we wanted to sit outside. Our lunch was specifically planned around sitting outside. It’s March and gorgeous weather in Scottsdale AZ. Upon arrival, we were told they don’t serve outside this time of year. First, if you don’t this time of year, when do you because the weather is perfection for sitting outside. More importantly, when I called why didn’t they say that. So disappointing!

                        Haven’t been in quite awhile and probably won’t be back anytime soon. Food was good but they need more servers. Our order was taken and delivered and never came back to check on us and had to ask another server for refills and a couple other things.
