   We went to Mims to celebrate my birthday and also our wedding. We had a great experience. It was first time for our friends. We had drinks at the bar …. And then they sit us down on a round table which we love. We were very comfortable and sitting for 6 people in a round table was perfect. We order the prefix dinner that comes with one appetizer, main course and a dessert. Everything was delicious. We all love it. I will recommend skirt steak, salmon and pork chop was great. Definitely my friends like it as much as we do and we will go back.

   Usually order special omelet which I enjoy but today I shared a Chinese salad that I did not like. Will go-back to my omelet next time.

   Mim’s is one of our favorite go to restaurants in the neighborhood. The prices got so high, but the food and service we quite decent. How about a change from the bread and hummus which is not that good?

   We had soups and sandwiches. The soups were very good and the chicken sandwich was huge.

   It has been many years since my husband and I ate here and it will be many more till we go again. It is obvious that the chef does not know how to cook a steak to order. We both ordered the marinated skirt steak, mine medium well plus and my husband medium rare. His steak came out very rare, but he made do with it. Mine came out medium rare which I could not eat. The waiter took it back and they brought me another one that was rarer than the first one. At that point, I just told them to forget it. I had already eaten the appetizer (chili shrimp which were delicious) and I didn't want to deal with picking out something else. The waiter and the manager apologized and did handle the situation very well. The waiter did comp our dessert and coffee which was very nice of him. It is a shame that two expensive pieces of steak went to waste instead of the chef cooking it to order.

    Went for prix fixe menu. Lots of choices- everything we had was good. Great deal for $41.
