   The food was outstanding as was the service . Our server Peter was so knowledgeable and helpful with making excellent choices from the menu, both food and drink. I had a very special birthday celebration there and would recommend MP to everyone!

   The cocktail and other drinks were above average. In the appetizers, the southern fried cauliflower and kachori chaat were good but the crab croquettes were over-priced crap. Ceylon chicken was good but butter chicken was no better than what you’ll find in your average Indian restaurant. The server raved about the lamb shank but the sauce for it was sub-par. Overall, average food you’ll find at any Indian restaurant at twice the price.

   We had a fabulous dinner and excellent service tonight! All of the dishes we have were great and unique and flavorful. Great cocktails!

   Second time here. On both occasions the food was delicious, innovative, with creative renditions of Indian classic forms. Appetizers like Cauliflower, crab croquettes and entrees like Pompano and kofta were uniformly beautifully displayed, kinetically sculptured, and flavored with nuance. The ambiance was calm and warm with natural wood accents and space around the diners. This calm may also have been due to the early dining hour but I think probably persists into the busier hours. Unexpectedly, the service was really superb, Chelsea, our waitress was charming, informative and attentive. Courses and drinks came on time and when appropriate. The biggest drawback is our strong intention to return which will derail some of our other culinary explorations in Seattle. But it seems worth it.

   Food was delicious. Waiter was overly chatty and didn’t listen to us. Seemed like he had his own agenda for our meal

   Fantastic dinner here! We had the pani puri appetizer, which everyone loved. Two people ordered the butter chicken, which was also top notch. The sauce for that was poured tableside, which was a nice touch. My husband had a lamb dish that I don't recall the name of, but he enjoyed it. The only thing I wouldn't order again was a bone-in fish dish that had a very heavy coating of an herb paste on it. Tasted very strongly of cilantro. I like cilantro but this was way too strong. We tried several cocktails as well, all of which were beautiful and enjoyable. Definitely plan to return.

    They charged a very high 20% tip and they didn’t told me. Of course I left another 20%. I feel so scammed.
