Modern Indian, fine dining restaurant located at the heart of Downtown Seattle. Executive Chef, Abhijit Sarkar, is bringing regional Indian flavors & innovative, culinary techniques to the Pacific Northwest with a carefully curated menu that has something on it for everyone. Building upon the ever evolving traditions of Indian cuisine, guests will experience a flavorful menu of vibrant, contemporary dishes inspired by the distinct flavors of regions spanning all of India. Complete with an eclectic craft cocktail program, expansive gin selection & extensive non-alcoholic beverage list, guests will have an unparalleled dining experience from start to finish.

Seating options include dining room, private dining, bar and lounge. Happy hour is offered from 3-5pm at the bar and in the lounge Tuesday - Sunday.

    Celebrate Love this Valentine's Day at Mint! Executive Chef Abhijit Sarkar and his culinary team has created a four-course tasting menu that celebrates love at its finest. Guests will enjoy a delicious four-course meal, with the option add curated wine pairings with each course for an additional $50. We will also have specialty cocktails and mocktails available from our bar.

                                                              I thought my experience at Mint was fantastic and what I expected. A lot of people who are not used to fusion food or trying new kinds of food will probably not like this place because they are expecting your standard Indian restaurant. This is a place to try new things, not things you are familiar with. Enjoy the mood and come with an open mind. Don't worry about the price. With that mindset, you'll enjoy it. Get the nitrogen chaat and watch the show. Laal Maas for lunch and Golkhand for ice cream. Take a risk and don't stay in the comfort zone.

                                                              This restaurant was pretty good. The staff was friendly and very attentive, and they brought our food out quickly. As for the food, everything we ate was beautifully presented, but the portions were small (be sure to order a lot of dishes or eat before/after going here). The sauce for the chicken was too sweet…the chef needs to add salt and some spice.

                                                              The food was not fine, but it all looked fabulous and fussy. The ‘duck kabob’ was artistry on the plate, but dry as shoe leather and so spicy it ruined my palate in one bite: sent it back. Companions ordered butter chicken: tasted like sweet too-tomato spaghetti sauce! It’s too bad, as space us lovely, first waitress was a cute over-the-top wiggly gal, but she had to ‘go off shift’. Second gal not so interested in us. Going to Vij in Vancouver BC to get some good Indian, but Chutney’s in Wallingford is way better than this Mint. This was our 2nd try here. bummed…My mom was Indian, so I know my Indian, and this was ‘progressive’ without a real chef touch. Fussy presentation can’t make up for bad preparation. Drinks are great!

                                                              Our first time at Mint. The ambiance was awesome. Cool restaurant. As far as the food it was just average. Could have got the same or better at any other Indian place for Way less. Plus. I really hate the automatic 20% Tip. Very presumptuous. It’s happened more and more at the downtown Seattle restaurants. Tip is optional and I really think it’s subjective to service and food quality. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

                                                              What a pleasant respite from the holiday crowds at Pike’s Market at lunch time. It was not busy but the food was wonderful upscale Indian. Two of us shared an appetizer, 1 entree, 2 sides and it was perfect. We still had leftovers. Service was very attentive. We will be back.

                                                              Really appreciated that our servers and the chef worked together to warn me when there would be dairy in items that we ordered. The menu is pretty well marked with vegan items as well as ones that can be modified to be vegan. I generally have stomach issues after eating at Indian restaurants if I'm not careful, but that did not happen after my dinner here! Thank you!
