                                                                                    I’ve eaten at Mio Nonno several times over the past few years. Whenever I attend a Stars game or a concert at the American Airlines Center, Mio Nonno is a great pre-event meal. They serve the best Italian food I’ve had in Texas. Authentic recipes and quality food. The music can be a bit loud for conversation and the service a little slow when super busy, but these are minor inconveniences to an overall great experience.

                                                                                    At the end of our meal, Daniel (server) asked us to leave a credit card as their computers were down. He did not offer a manual check or even an estimated total for payment. Understandably uncomfortable with leaving a ‘blank’ credit card, we opted to wait for internet to be fixed. Egzon (manager) did not check on us until we asked for him. He offered no solutions and no compensation for the inconvenience. Once internet came back, Daniel asked us to immediately leave so he could turn the table. However, there were other tables available and no one waiting. Never once apologized for the inconvenience. Egzon exhibited extremely poor leadership - he could use some training on customer service and having a back up plan. Daniel is lacking in customer service and did not earn the tip he was left.

                                                                                    Food great. Location excellent. Love the patio. But they desperately need to turn down the music volume outside. You should be able to conduct a conversation on a patio for dinner.

                                                                                    Never disappointed with the food. Service was lacking this last time. The other waiters that were outside with us were responsive and attentive. Our waiter must have had an issue or something because we didn’t see him for like 30 min. and had to ask other waiters for refill.
