From chemical engineer to celebrated vintner, Mr. Graillot found a nook of the world to literally dig into and propel into the limelight. Previous to him, Crozes-Hermitage's Syrahs lived in the shadow of its tiny and elite neighbor, Hermitage. With the help from some friends of Burgundian wine prestige, he took long unattended vineyards and a quite under-attended winery to create a Syrah with far greater intrigue than thought possible from here. Deep with inky black fruits, savory spices wound all around them, and a broad but not domineering body - it's clear why the late Alain Graillot is enshrined in French wine history and why his sons now masterfully follow in his footsteps.

Miru is Awesome! Amie the Manager is amazing and so kind and friendly. Super accommodating to dietary needs. She makes you feel very appreciated and wanted. There isn’t a request her and her team don’t try to accommodate! She and her team provide amazing service. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Brendan is also super kind and friendly. . Between the two of them they are leading by example as the whole staff is super kind and accommodating. Jasmin is an awesome server also. All the servers are great and are willing to help one another. You can tell they all love what they do. Views are killer! Love this place!

Hard to beat the view at Miru. We had a window seat and it was gorgeous looking out at the city for dinner. The restaurant is lively and definitely the place to be. If you like people-watching, lots to see at Miru. The food was good, but I wasn't wowed. I'd definitely go back, but I was a little disappointed in my nigiri plate. There wasn't much variety. When the menu says 9 pieces, chef's choice, I was thinking I'd be getting nine different pieces of nigiri, but it was just three pieces of three different fishes. Pretty boring for $72. I certainly could see sharing that as an app with other people, but not as an entree as I did. The sushi is high quality, though. The fish was tasty. Favorite was the chutoro. The apps were great! We got a few, but particular shout out to the broccolini. If I went back, I'd be eager to try other things on the menu.

Delicious. Every single thing. It’s pricey so keep that in mind but I’d still go back over and over. Absolutely worth every penny. Amazing!!!!!! 10 stars
