From chemical engineer to celebrated vintner, Mr. Graillot found a nook of the world to literally dig into and propel into the limelight. Previous to him, Crozes-Hermitage's Syrahs lived in the shadow of its tiny and elite neighbor, Hermitage. With the help from some friends of Burgundian wine prestige, he took long unattended vineyards and a quite under-attended winery to create a Syrah with far greater intrigue than thought possible from here. Deep with inky black fruits, savory spices wound all around them, and a broad but not domineering body - it's clear why the late Alain Graillot is enshrined in French wine history and why his sons now masterfully follow in his footsteps.

We had a great time at Miru. The food was incredible, and we received several great recommendations from the wait staff - all were excellent! The city views are incredible. The wait staff was so attentive. Will absolutely be coming back.

This place is outstanding! Such a great vibe! Our server, Kevin, was great & provided really good recommendations for a birthday celebration! Kevin & staff took steps to make sure my meal was gluten free (due to Celiac). The food is really delicious! Will be going back again soon!

Having dinner at Miru was a great experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. They seated us near the river as requested for my wife’s birthday. Food was excellent, the Shrimp Fried Rice might be the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Would come again for any occasion.

Crazy expensive, but it is beautiful and the service was outstanding. The salads and crudo were delicious they could definitely up their game on the nigiri, nothing special.

Dining at Miru was an awesome experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The food was excellent, I highly recommend the triple tuna maki and bluefin tuna crispy rice. My wife and I dined with our two young children and everyone was very patient and accepting of us. We will definitely be returning in the future.
