Didn’t live up to our past experiences. Price value didn’t match our previous visits. Complimentary bread was over baked and crunchy. Was our 49th wedding anniversary and we received a complimentary dessert, which was appreciated. Always liked Mitchells but it has slipped a bit

Excellent manager who apologized for overdone scallops. Scallops dish was $48 and you received six small overcooked scallops over mushed sweet potatoes with some risotto mixed in. Had no choice but to return the dish. Manager handled very professionally. Chose instead the stuffed cod which was very good tasting but the shrimp looked like canned not fresh shrimp. It’s been years since we’ve been to this restaurant, likely will not be back. All restaurants in the area had full parking lots, this place had many available seats. Lobster bisque was delish with a few small pieces of lobster at the bottom. Server Jack was very nice and friendly.

The food was very good. The service was poor. We received our drinks after our appetizer, the server (Jackie) never checked back with us. There were 2 of us and one meal came out (we shared it, and then 5+ minutes later the second meal came out (we shared that one too). Jackie did not check to see how things were going at all. We asked to speak to the manager (he was from Ohio and filling in at this location). He was great. We would go back and ask for a different server. Jackie is in need of substantial training.

I was at this establishment 6 years ago and had one of the best experiences I ever had. Tonight was terrible. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends and family never to go here. Something needs to change in management and staff. For one I went there for lobster and they were out. I arrived at 5:30 prime time and they were out of what I wanted to eat.

Mitchell's is one of our favorites - we always enjoy the food and their ability to customize our meal as needed. To-go meals are always packaged and ready to in appropriate time with the completion of our meal and they keep hot and cold items separated. The dark chocolate cake was a new try for us and we loved it!

Things are changing at this restaurant. Big staff changes. All the bartenders we enjoyed have left. It has lost its personable atmosphere. Seems like a change in management has not been good. Will most likely go somewhere else next time.
