   Had a great experience, food was good, staff was very accommodating, took care of our 15 person reservation with ease.

   Great place for a business lunch! Service is great and the restaurant is quiet enough for discussion. Good quality food in large portions!

   Food was very good but the linguini with clams could have done without the bread crumbs - made the dish really salty.

   Food was excellent. Server was inexperienced, but was able to make it work. We usually enjoy this restaurant and have been there several times over the years.

   We came with our family for my daughter’s birthday. We had made reservations and our section only have two other tables of two people in it. We were seated for over 25 minutes before anyone came to our table; we weren’t even given water or bread. We watched the manager walk by several times while we sat that and waited. We had a trainee as our waitress, which is fine, but her trainer did absolutely nothing. I watched her stand against the kitchen wall while we waited for bread (that we had to ask for), sat with empty waters, etc. When we ordered our dessert they forgot to bring my daughter’s icecream sundae. She was sad that everyone else had theirs but not her. After 20 minutes of this our waitress came over to give the check and we had to catch her as she abruptly turned to leave to ask for the icecream. It took us over two hours to get our food and finally get our check. It was 40 minutes from the time we sat down to us even getting water. It would be one thing if we were holding things up, but that wasn’t the case. The service was absolutely terrible. I could understand if we hadn’t made reservations, but we did. Sadly I don’t think we will be returning. The food was ok, but for the amount of money that we spent, we will take our business to another restaurant that will at least pretend that they aren’t annoyed by our presence and patronage.

   The food was delicious, but our server did an exceptional job making sure the kitchen had our dietary restrictions covered, and she checked on us just enough, but not too much. It was a lovely night.

   Ate at the bar. Was quite loud and busy-three bartenders but wasn’t sure who was our server so had to ask a couple times to get our order in. But food and drinks were great!

    Was the perfect setting for celebration of our daughter’s birthday. We so appreciated the service and the support from your staff to make her day just what she wished for. She requested we meet her at your restaurant even though she lives in Grand Rapids and us from Jackson. Her favorite is your salmon with sticky rice! So thank you for your service & kindness.
