I love MOA - I have been going regularly since it opened. Authentic Korean for sure. Lovely atmosphere as well.

Good food. You can cook it yourself or have one of them cook it in front of you. Pay per glass for the iced tea. (May want to stick with water) my server was very good and polite-such a sweetheart. My next visit will be the tomahawk steak.

The waitress was very sweet and explained the menu very well. Two of us were there for dinner and got the 90$ pick your own combo, it filled us up just right without feeling gross after. I was only obsessed with one of the meats, the Prime Kkot Galbi, mind you I have been to Japan and ate a lot of meat there, so I do have higher standards on meat taste. The Prime Ribeye and Beef Bulgogi were good, I would not choose them again. I do wish you were able to select the cold sides, because it is a waste if you do not like one of the options they chose for you. For the warm sides, I had the steamed egg which got cold very fast and the corn which was delicious, very sweet but also a little too filling. The cocktails were overpriced for portion, most averaging to 15-20$, they are keeping up with the times and Charlotte's prices are increasing so it makes sense. I would recommend the lychee pear martini.

I made my reservation for 8 PM as the last seating was at 10 PM, just as soon as my family and I sat down to and ordered the waitress brings appetizers out then states the Kitchen is about to close in 5 minutes ( It was only 8:30 PM) Seems like MOA is going out if business, $32 for a glass of Pinot Noir, Mixed Drinks served in the smallest of glasses, did not even have Korean Style Beer. I ordered water with lime when we were seated I got the water and not the lime. I asked 3 times throughout our dinner and the lime, nor an explanation was ever tendered.. Terrible experience for my Daughters 21st birthday and to add insult to injury, the waitress told me my card did not process when I just used it and there is plenty of money. They more than likely did not want to pay the Chase cc processing fee. Extremely Disappointed With MOA Korean BBQ & BAR

We celebrated our 12th anniversary at MOA last night! This was our first time dining at this restaurant & our 1st time enjoying Korean BBQ! We were running late but the Host that answered was VERY helpful, she even came outside in the FREEZING cold to help us find them! Zach our waiter & Ian the assistant were both FABULOUS & very knowledgeable about the menu & made our experience absolutely WONDERFUL! The place is so lovely & the food exceeded expectations! All the staff were kind & smiling (despite the fact we were 6 mins late & they closed @ 9) they had even prepared us a card signed by everyone & put candles on our dessert! 100 out of 10 night ☺️ We will be back!!💗
