I made my reservation for 8 PM as the last seating was at 10 PM, just as soon as my family and I sat down to and ordered the waitress brings appetizers out then states the Kitchen is about to close in 5 minutes ( It was only 8:30 PM) Seems like MOA is going out if business, $32 for a glass of Pinot Noir, Mixed Drinks served in the smallest of glasses, did not even have Korean Style Beer. I ordered water with lime when we were seated I got the water and not the lime. I asked 3 times throughout our dinner and the lime, nor an explanation was ever tendered.. Terrible experience for my Daughters 21st birthday and to add insult to injury, the waitress told me my card did not process when I just used it and there is plenty of money. They more than likely did not want to pay the Chase cc processing fee. Extremely Disappointed With MOA Korean BBQ & BAR

We celebrated our 12th anniversary at MOA last night! This was our first time dining at this restaurant & our 1st time enjoying Korean BBQ! We were running late but the Host that answered was VERY helpful, she even came outside in the FREEZING cold to help us find them! Zach our waiter & Ian the assistant were both FABULOUS & very knowledgeable about the menu & made our experience absolutely WONDERFUL! The place is so lovely & the food exceeded expectations! All the staff were kind & smiling (despite the fact we were 6 mins late & they closed @ 9) they had even prepared us a card signed by everyone & put candles on our dessert! 100 out of 10 night ☺️ We will be back!!💗

Food was very good workers were also very nice, weightier could have been more attentive, was left without water for quite a while multiple time and took a while to get the bill as well. Not a bad experience at all would definitely go back

We celebrated a double birthday celebration at MOA Charlotte and had a wonderful dining experience! The service was warm and top notch. The birthday celebrants had cute birthday cards made and signed by all the staff! Such a thoughtful gesture (thank you!). The ambiance and details to plating, drinks, food, was well thought out and stylish. The food was excellent! We enjoyed our meal thoroughly and felt very special dining here. Thank you for taking care of us so sweetly and thoroughly!

The meat quality was outstanding as was the service they will even cook the food for you. If you don’t wish to cook it yourself best Korean barbecue meat quality we’ve come across in the Charlotte area. Also the beef radish soup was absolutely delicious. Lots of love went into that.

Celebrated my birthday and this place was absolutely amazing. The food was great and the customer service was even greater. Good portions. If I had to rate this place I would give it a 10/10! Can’t wait to go back!

server was amazing. explained everything in detail. super knowledgeable, patient and helpful, premade dishes ranged for just ok to very good. cook it yourself a fun experience but difficult to visit with friends while doing this and lots of plates and steps. also cut of meet very fatty for the price. Didn’t have separate utensils for shrimp which was a little concerning. Took a while for alcoholic beverages to arrive although the pineapple saki drink was incredible. Overall, we would go back but not with such a large crowd and maybe just for a date night however a near $1000 price point for six adults 4 kids is super high and only 2 of us did the cooking. they were super accommodating for our large party however.
