Outstanding food wine and service from all the staff. Birthday occasion was made to very welcome and special.

Pretty fine with the overall experience but little disappointing with the food quality especially the lobster spaghetti, the pasta is too soft and lobster is not fresh, so unexpected having such stale seafood in a famous seafood city…. However, the ambience compensates a lot, and the price is quite a value.

We had a very lovely experience at Mode. It was a shame that the restaurant was not very busy. Perhaps locating the restaurant to another part of the hotel or not having it so closed in might attract more patrons.

Staff and service was superb! Food is beautifully crafted and presented in a very classy setting. Great for dates/anniversaries and an underrated gem in the city for sure!

A pleasant experience. Service was great and the food was nice. Table was a little small but they may have been because we selected too much food…….

Wood fire oven gives great atmosphere to the restaurant. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the experience .

Went for their bazaar-style truffle menu. The pasta, rump steak and risotto were outstanding. It was lively and wonderful with the live artist. We were glad to have a seat in the back corner for a bit of quiet. Enjoyed seeing the chefs and staff also relaxing and enjoying themselves after service

Lovely service and great atmosphere. I booked early to get a chance to interact with the chefs and to avoid long cues and large groups. The lighting and live music was great, adding to the positive liveliness of the event. The food was delicious and worth the cost, especially if you have a large appetite or love to try out everything and get seconds (or more). I love the freshness and food quality. The place became busier and more lively around 6:30 pm - 7 pm. If I had to be nit-picky, I'd say I'd like to try more desserts as the only option available was tiramisu.
