   I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and I believe it’s important to provide some feedback. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. Both the host and the waitstaff displayed unfriendly attitudes, which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, when we asked about various items on the menu, we were repeatedly told that they were unavailable. This included drinks (being offered only Kool-Aid) and multiple side dishes such as greens, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Eventually, we were informed that fries were the only available side, leaving us with very limited options. When our food finally arrived, one of the staff members (a light-skinned lady) placed our plates on the table in a noticeably rough and disrespectful manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. At that point, we decided it would be best to take our food to go and leave the restaurant. I wanted to share this experience in hopes that improvements can be made to both service and menu availability. Thank you for your time and consideration.
