It was ok. The soft shell crab was very interesting, it really isn’t for everyone. The wontons were out this world! service was good as well. Overall 6.5/10

The service was ok, as we waited a while for a server to ask for our order. They forgot our drink order and didn’t have sparkling water at all. (Not a big deal, every table has a full bottle of still water.) The portion sizes seemed mismatched in the sense that an appetizer can be just one bao or a full plate of Brussels sprouts for sharing. I had way too much to eat and my dining partner had way too little. I am not sure if service and the experience might be better on a night without a Celtics or bruins game. However, the food was delicious and lived up to Morimoto expectations.

We went pre concert, so busy as expected. Overall experience was good. Unfortunately, we sat by the entrance on Causeway Street, and it was very cold. Had to wear your winter coat at the table. Not fun

Super disappointed overall both with the food and the service. We ordered 3 appetizers - Brussels sprouts, wontons, and crab bao. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, wontons flavorful, but the $14 per piece soft shell crab bao was under seasoned and the bao was not fresh. We each ordered 1 cocktail, which was too sweet and took over 10min to get. Then ordered a bottle of sake and ramen. The sake took longer than the ramen. The ramen was under seasoned and the chicken was just like shredded? Not good and I would just get tofu or something if I were to ever go back. Our service was so poor and made it a less than desirable experience even with mediocre food. Our server had a very weird pattern of checking on tables and never made it down our aisle all the way because she kept checking on closer tables. It was busy and they were understaffed.
