                                                                                                        I booked the reservation and filled out the “special requests”. All I asked for was a particular seat and gave some notes about the special occasion. When we arrived they clearly hadn’t read the request because they asked me where I wanted to sit and then proceeded to sit us precisely where I described not wanting to sit.

                                                                                                        We love Morinoto owner restaurants and the Ramen is by far my favorite in the San Jose area. The broth does not disappoint on the Tonkatau. The popcorn shrimp also is a favorite and served in many of his restaurants.

                                                                                                        Food was great, starting with fries and other appetizers and going into the ramen itself. We ordered the tokyo chicken and a spicy kauni, both were deliciously satisfying. The weather was very pleasant so we sat outside listening to the nearby live music. Thank you, Momosan!
