   Went for brunch and had a good time. They were quick to seat us and greet us. We wanted a light brunch so ordered the soba soufflé pancakes which were unique, a little eggy taste on the pancakes for me personally but still good with the white chocolate cream sauce. We also had the salmon carpaccio which was light and delicious and the spicy tuna rice crisp which was amazing! Had a great time would want to come back to try more of the menu!!

   The food was out of this world! I would suggest making reservations from 5pm on because that’s when they start seating on the second level which is much nicer and prettier. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful with her suggestions of food since it was our first time eating there. YES a bit pricier than other places BUT the food is above average so in my opinion it compensates. The only complaint I would have is they there’s no open bar lol but they serve wine which saved my day :)

   Pricey for the quantity. Good location but could knock the prices down by about 30-40%. Good food though.

   I keep coming back so what more can be said? I live and die for the tuna tortilla. The fish is always so fresh. The miso soup is too small for the $7 I really need to stop ordering it.

   Always such an amazing experience at Momoya SoHo! My usual order is the black miso cod with some nigiri but decided to splurge on some A5 Wagyu (super well priced) and it was phenomenal!! The staff is also just beyond friendly and accomodating. Always a must when stopping in NY!

   It was better than expected! Food & drinks not only look good but also taste good! Will definitely go back.

    Value for money wasn’t apparent. Very expensive for Some simple things such as Agadashi tofu, for $10 should be a broth with large scale tofu pieces, thinking at least 200g tofu, instead it was a red miso soup in a Demi tasse with some minuscule pieces of tofu, in Australia you would be lynched for short changing your diners with that. Seriously poor. Wine is far too expensive for what you receive by the glass. The surroundings outside were filthy with rubbish and I feel the restaurant are trading on their previous reputation, need to provide patrons with better value for money.
