1) chaotic service. No one has any idea what is happening. Servers eagerly try to clear plates as you’re still eating. Multiple disruptions. Orders not correct with items missing. 2) atmosphere. Feels like a poor attempt at being both a club and a restaurant but unable to do either well. 3) quality: subpar food in an disarrayed presentation style.

Decor was nice. Food was not good. Meats were not cooked evenly. Service was ok. Wouldn’t go back.

Please listen to me! Do not waste your time here. Spend your money elsewhere. The drinks are watered down. The food came out cold. The service is terrible. They dont check back on you. The place was freezing cold because security or valet or whoever would keep the front door open. If you aren’t a known or well established person, it’s basically they don’t care.

Food was very good. Popular place and very energetic and busy. Biggest issue is the fact that there are doors at either end of the restaurant and at least in the back, the "wall" is a glass garage door. And despite curtains, and that "wall" - it is freezing if you are seated at either end of the restaurant.

Food was not good. Everything came out ice cold. The restaurant was freezing and the service was terrible.
