Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

We are delighted to offer seating for two for late night drinks and dessert and the wildest show in Baltimore. Our Mistress of Ceremonies will serenade you as our burlesque performers tantalize and bewitch. Your experience is enriched with two craft cocktails and a dessert of your choosing for each guest, and if you would prefer to go incognito while you enjoy the entertainment, we can provide an elegant masquerade mask when you arrive. We offer only 12 seats on Fridays and Saturdays - reserve now for an experience you'll never forget! Please note that a standard reservation is for full dinner service at the best available seating. Reminds you of the old time speakeasy. Gorgeous decor. Excellent food. The mussels were superb! Entertainment was excellent. Burlesque show was very fun and classy. Service was also excellent. Not a cheap evening but worth it for a special occasion.

Monarque has very good food and excellent service, but the lighting was very low and it was hard to make conversation with the jazz band playing. We knew there would be entertainment, but did not know that the dancers would be taking most of their clothes off. It was done tastefully, but it could have been embarrassing depending on who was with me.

My partner and I had a late dinner here and the food was absolutely delicious! He is a chef himself and was so impressed. We caught the end of a show and our server was very attentive. We are definitely going back!

Had a table in front of the stage. Steak & fries were really good. Good performance. Good drinks. Would definitely go again

The ambiance, service, and entertainment make an evening at Monarque a delightful experience. The food was very good though portions were a little on the smaller side for the entree prices, and presentations involved a fair amount of sauce/gravy with the meat dishes. Some of the more flavorful items were the sides and appetizers such as the Alaskan King Crab and the Brussels sprouts (they were amazing). The craft cocktails were fantastic and the pistachio crème brûlée was a perfect finish (and easy to share). Overall, while a bit expensive, it was a wonderful evening. I would definitely return.

it was my best friends 30th and we had a reservation. we were seated towards the back with an obstructed view of the stage which is what we were excited to see. there was also a slight chill to our experience as we were seated close to a door that opened quite often. outside of that service was excellent and the food was amazing!
