   I’ve been to Monocacy Crossing several times and each has been excellent. The bar area is nice and inviting. They pour larger martinis than anyone. Service—from the front of the house, the bar, to the tables—is first rate. The menu is vast and well executed. Even for a weeknight the energy is buzzing. Comfy seating. Outdoor dining looks inviting. A top Frederick area eatery. We started with spicy pickled veggies, delicious. I had a grilled Caesar salad with grilled salmon. Very good. My mom had the hangar steak with a small side salad and mashed potatoes, which she enjoyed. Overall, a solid A.

   We were seated in a corner next to a group that was EXTREMELY loud. It made it very hard to hear our companions. Then around the corner, an infant was screaming. While all should be welcome, it seems people aren’t aware anymore of others around them 🤔

   I like the new spring '25 menu. There are a lot of little this's and that's that pair well with cocktails. I can't remember the last time I saw steak tartare on a menu. It's wonderful to have the patio open again.

   Celebrating by brothers birthday and got Laura as our server who was exemplary, and the food was awesome for all 4 entirely different entrees. Great experience, thank you MC.

   Delicious special halibut with risotto and tuna wraps. Great Rose Prosecco and special white wine special. Service was excellent. Highly recommend Monocacy Crossing for a special occasion or a desire for fine food.

    Came for a birthday brunch with my wife we started with a couple great cocktails and their cinnamon roll which were all excellent. The birthday girl had smoked salmon Benedict that had a large portion of well prepared salmon and 2 perfect poached eggs with a nice side salad, I had the omelette of the day with Cajun chicken and pimento cheese that was well balanced also served with a lightly dressed salad and a side of crispy bacon. We looked at the dessert menu but were just too full. It was an excellent meal at a very fair price. We will be back.
