Waitress mistaked my husband ordering a Pepsi for a Budweiser Light, waitress didn't pay attention to the fact we were waiting for one more guest to arrive. It was not busy at all, and service was super slow, we ended up having 3 different people wait on us, fries arrived to the table cold, my meal was missing ingredients, we were not checked on or offered refills of drinks.

Dishes were cold and missing items, waitress never came back to check on us (even after we stopped another waitress) until we were already waiting with our jackets on. -10000/10 on the burnt ends. they were literal shredded pieces of charcoal.. not even remotely close to burnt ends — they actually turned to dust when we tried to pick them up

The service, food, and atmosphere were all enjoyable on our visit tonight. Emma was a fantastic and attentive server and she checked in regularly with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot and fresh. Our favourite dishes are the spinach dip and the pulled pork nachos with extra cheese. We will definitely be back.

We had a great experience. The hostess went out of her way to seat my family together. The server was excellent and the food was really good. I thank them all for a great experience.
