Morella celebrates the gastronomic influences that immigrants from European countries, particularly Spain and Italy, had on Argentinian cuisine in the decades following the mass migrations at the turn of the 20th century. Morella features traditional empanadas, wood-smoked meats, pastas and internationally inspired drinks — all meant to be enjoyed in a bright convivial space.

Our name, Morella, is a derivative of the word Morel, the earthy, nutty, and rare mushroom that is prized by chefs and restaurant connoisseurs, and is featured selectively in our menu who cousins make appearances in our vibrant decor.

Food, ambience was mid. Took awhile to be served after being seated but waiter was very apologetic and took good care of us. Experience was fine but not noteworthy or enough to entice me to go again.

Very positive vibe. Welcoming. Seem to be working hard to make everything g work. Very good steak. Very good lamb ragu. All in all. Very pleasant experience

I had really lovely date night with my boyfriend there. I was a bit bothered that I had tried to book a table a week prior and open table shows ONLY 5:15 and 8:45 like everything else is booked. Honestly I was disappointed how quiet it was there until we left - since we did make a 5:15 reservation and got there at 5:30. It started to pick up about 6:45 but the place was empty u til then. I don’t know why booking for 6 or 6:30 wasn’t an option- the place was empty and it’s huge. But the food was amazing, great portions (not too much, not too little) lovely service and great value.

We placed our order and waited an hour and not even an appetizer had arrived. Everyone around us who arrived after us was eating their meals. People sitting next to us shared their apps because we were starving. I will say, the baked oysters they shared were quite good. During this time, our server stopped and asked how everything was while we were eating the food of people next to us. We informed her that we have received nothing and the food was from the table next to us. We finally received our food 75 minutes after ordering it. One of the pasta dishes had been sitting under a heat lamp so long the sauce had settled and become lumpy. We did not eat it after 1 bite. The whole experience took almost 2.5 hours for 2 people to eat on a Tuesday night. This was a special occasion and the only thing that made it special were the people sitting next to us who shared their food and chatted as we waited. Service was terrible and the restaurant completely failed. The restaurant decided to comp an $8 beer for our troubles, which was ridiculous. We ended up paying $175 for this experience. It is unlikely we will ever return after that and will not be recommending the restaurant to anyone. In fact, my recommendation is to go anywhere else. There are plenty of great options with great service surrounding this restaurant.

The food and service are exceptional. Started with oysters, which were very fresh and the taste reflected that, and the dirty martini dip, also very good. For our mains we had scallops, crab ravioli and the lamb burger. The scallops were perfectly cooked, the crab ravioli was delicious and the crab was generous. The lamb burger was cooked too much and was a bit dry but that was our fault for not giving a temp when ordering. It was tasty, though. Our server, Nina, was adorable, friendly and efficient.

My husband took me to Morella for my birthday, and not only was it such a beautiful/picturesque restaurant, the service was so friendly, and the food was divine! We started with cocktails (I loved the Morella signature cocktail, and the funky flamingo). We ordered arancini, oysters, and the midnight pasta. YUM! Finished off with pistachio ice cream for dessert. I cannot wait to go back!

Amazing location, staff were friendly and attentive Food was cooked to perfection Love the lamb chops a must ! Gnocchi amazing !!!

The restaurant looks amazing and I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Menu didn't seem extensive but everything looked great. I was disappointed that they didn't have any mocktail options for how extensive their cocktail list was. Service was odd, but not bad.

We had a drink at the bar which was good service, drink menu and ambiance for the start of our dinner. We were seated at the time of our reservation and had knowledgeable service about the menu. The food was fantastic for all of our party of 4; including Midnight and Lamb Bolegnese pastas, Chicken Milanesa and Steak Picanha. Really good food.
