Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

Always a great experience with Morimoto’s and today was no exception. Of note is the Buribop a truly exceptional dish the flavor is fantastic and the preparation is a show in itself. Highly recommended

Morimoto Asia offers an exceptional dining experience with its outstanding ambiance, decor, and laid-back vibe. The restaurant exudes elegance while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable evening out. The Food •The fried rice was absolutely excellent, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. •The lo mein with chicken was decent but didn’t quite stand out compared to the other dishes. •The spare ribs were a highlight—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. •The sushi, while fresh and well-presented, was just okay and didn’t leave a lasting impression. The Service The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a smooth dining experience. Overall While some dishes were amazing (like the spare ribs and fried rice), others were more average, which is why I gave Morimoto Asia 4 stars instead of 5. It’s a fantastic spot for a refined dining experience, but there’s room for improvement in certain menu items. Would definitely return to try the duck and for the ambiance.

My fiancé but into a hard object and cracked his tooth. They offered to compensate but what a way to spend our anniversary.

Peeking Duck was excellent as usual, the ribs was sort of soggy but otherwise great restaurant. Customer service was great !

Kids' food came, as me and my husband and I watched them eat it all. Then my husband's food came as I watched him eat half of his. Then they all sat and watched me eat. Kids still waiting for their desert as I finished my meal. 5:15 to 7:00. Unbelievable poor service. The food was great but was not able to enjoy it together.

The duck is fantastic and better than expected! The Ramen is stunning! Service and ambiance are just perfect and friendly, so it is something worth the time and money
